Life Ascending by Nick Lane wins Royal Society 2010 Science Book Prize

Nick Lane’s Life Ascending: The Ten Great Inventions of Evolution has won this year’s Royal Society Science Book Prize.

After beating strong competition the £10,000 prize was awarded to Nick Lane by the President of the Royal Society, Martin Rees, at an award ceremony at the Royal Society.
